Associate Student Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Application

1.1 All required information must be provided for this application to be processed. Incomplete application will result in a delay in processing. 

1.2 Applicants will be informed of approved application within 10 days.

2. Renewal

2.1 All Associate Student Member subscriptions begin on 1 May every year, and end on 30 April every year.

3. Termination

3.1 Membership may be terminated at any time by giving SFC one (1) month’s notice in writing with the duly completed Termination Form. 

3.2 The Membership Termination Form can be requested via email

3.3 SFC reserves the right to terminate members in accordance with the terms stated in the Constitution, or for any violation of these Terms & Conditions of membership.

3.4 Once a member has been terminated, all member benefits and resources shall be immediately ceased.

4. General

4.1 All members shall abide by the governance and constitution of SFC.

4.2 SFC reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of SFC membership as it deems fit.
